Registration Instructions

Required Course Registration

Students register for second-year required courses using a track code, which automatically adds all required courses to their schedule.

Within Registration (Drop/Add), enter:

  • Select Term: Spring 2026.
  • Enter course information.
    • Course Number: MBAA99MB (Track Code)
    • Section Number: MB21
    • Grading Method: Select None from the drop-down menu
    • Credits: leave blank
  • Click Submit Changes.
  • A message may appear stating the course is non-standard; click Enter to bypass this message.
    • Note: All courses at the Smith School of Business are non-standard as defined by the University.
  • Click View Schedule to confirm courses.

Elective Course Registration

Students should add elective courses in Term C and/or Term D as needed to complete degree requirements

Students are encouraged to schedule an advising appointment with Taj to confirm their final semester credit total as needed.

Note: Students who complete the first 2 credits of BUSM788B GX01 Doing Business in Brazil or BUSM788W Doing Business in Asia in Fall 2025 are expected to register for the final 2 credits of the global trek course in the Spring.

Technology Management Course Schedule

  • TM students require separate permission to register for their courses and students will receive an email from the Masters Programs Office letting them know when they are able to register.
  • TM students can reference their admittance letter from Frank Goertner titled, "Tech Management Enrollment Letter (COHORT 4.0)" for more information about their program. Contact Frank for questions.
