  • Networth website 
    Networth is the Smith School's masters student portal to information about advising, class registration, events, graduation, and more
  • Smith IT Help Desk 
    The gateway to computing and other information technology services offered by the Smith School of Business 
  • Division of Information Technology 
    Plans, develops, supports, and maintains computing, networking, and telecommunications services for the entire University of Maryland community
  • ELMS Canvas 
    The “Enterprise Learning Management System” or “ELMS” or "Canvas" is a web platform that allows students to receive course syllabi, assignments, and other important information; it also provides professors with analytical data about their courses and students, including but not limited to the time that students logged in, and which activities students participated in
  • vSmith 
    A virtual computer lab that provides essential software in one convenient place for Smith School students, faculty, and staff, and can be accessed at any time, from any computer, anywhere in the world
  • Virtual Private Networking (VPN)
    Students may directly connect to the University of Maryland network through a Virtual Private Networking (VPN) connection once their Directory ID is established 
  • TERPware Software
    Software products are available for download and use by University of Maryland students through agreements managed by the Division of IT between the university and software companies; the software download website is known as TERPware and it allows students to download the software after registration for courses 
  • LinkedIn Learning 
    UMD students have unlimited access to LinkedIn Learning, an online library of instructional videos covering the latest software, creative, and business skills; students can sign in with their Directory ID
  • Academic Computers for Terps
    This program allows registered students, faculty, and staff of the University of Maryland, College Park to purchase Apple and Dell computers at or below standard discounts, and receive substantial added benefits in technical support and warranty protection. Students are able to take advantage of these discounts after registration for Fall courses occurs in early June
  • Multi-Factor Authentication
    All UMD students must use multi-factor authentication to log into all university resources that use the Central Authentication System (CAS)
