Rachel Carr is the Assistant Director of Flex & Online MBA Programs. She oversees programing for all 3 satellite campuses: Rockville, DC and Baltimore, as well as the online MBA.
Rachel has a diverse background of experience in education, leadership and customer service. She created the Behavioral Supports Department for Community Services for Autistic Adults and Children (CSAAC), and most recently founded Carr2 Real Estate. Rachel has held many leadership appointments for volunteer organizations, including UMD Howard County Alumni Network, various PTA’s, Boy Scouts of America and The Rockville Human Services Advisory Commission.
Rachel is a proud and active Terp Alum, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park and a Master and Specialist in Education from Georgia State University.
