Michael Marcellino has been working at the Robert H. Smith School of Business for over 20 years. In his current role as Assistant Dean of MBA & MS Programs, he influences the overall direction of the full- and part-time masters programs at College Park, Shady Grove, Washington, DC, and Baltimore. Specifically, Mike handles curricular implementation and design, program development, management of the off-site campuses, and all operational aspects of the FT & PT MBA and Specialty Masters programs. During his time at Smith, Mike has held an impressive array of Smith School positions including: Director of Academic Programming; Director of Student Affairs; Director of Student and Academic Affairs; Senior Director of MBA Program Operations; Senior Director of Professional Programs and Services and Assistant Dean. He also received the Smith School's Staff Excellence Award in 2013.
Mike earned his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware. He holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Maryland, University College, and received his MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business.
