Danielle Wang’s professional experience covers the areas of administration, teaching and research in higher education institutions. She has many years of experience in degree program development & management in a business school environment. This includes creating and managing the top ranked Smith online MBA program, organizing co/extra-curricular learning projects and workshops for Smith master students, overseeing faculty services for Smith MBA and MS instructors, and teaching Smith undergraduate and graduate classes on such topics as management, sustainability and green business.

Prior to becoming a Terp, Danielle was on staff in the International Programs Office at the MIT Sloan School of Management. She had also conducted research and taught at the graduate and undergraduate level on topics relating to cultures and organizations at the University of Washington and Brown University. She won research grants from major foundations including the National Science Foundation, and published research papers in international journals.

Danielle earned her Ph.D. in Anthropology from Brown University and her B.S. in Physics from Nankai University in China.
