Review available Spring 2023 electives and check for prerequisites and credit restrictions under Courses & Schedules in the main header on the Networth homepage.

Flex MBA students are eligible to take elective courses at any of the off-site campuses: Baltimore, Rockville or Washington, DC.

In addition to the 2 Flex MBA required course credits noted above, it is expected that you also register for 6 Tech Management credits for a total of 8 credits for the Spring 2023 semester. Spring 2023 tuition for all 8 credits will be due according to the deadlines listed on the Financial Information page.

    • See Courses & Schedules for Spring 2023 Tech Management course information. Students who are completing the Tech Management Certification can register for these courses as they would an elective.
    • Questions about Tech Management? Email techmanagement@umd.edu.

    * This form is only for non-Online MBA course requests.

Complete the Course Request Form to request a required course that was not taken in sequence or is being offered at a different campus than the student's home campus. Requests are reviewed approximately two weeks prior to the start of the semester. Please note that admittance to a course depends upon seats available in the section requested and are not guaranteed.

Students must email the Flex MBA inbox for approval from an advisor.

If a course is full, students must be on the waitlist for future consideration should seats become available during the University's Schedule Adjustment Period. Starting the first day of classes for the University, students on a waitlist for a course must execute daily waitlist check-ins online to remain on the waitlist (Testudo Waitlist Check-In). Placement on the waitlist does not guarantee admittance to the course. Please reference note at the top of the page.
