Masters Student Course Request Form

Students interested in a course outside of their degree program or those who are "off-track" for required courses (i.e. missed or need to retake a course, or decelerated the graduation date established for their cohort) must submit a course request for the course(s) desired.

All course requests are reviewed by the Masters Programs Office two weeks prior to the start of the semester in which the course will begin. For questions, please contact your advisor.

Notes regarding "Off-Track" Required Course Requests
  • Admittance to a course depends upon seats available in the section requested
  • Students should be flexible, as their first section choice may not be available
  • Students may need to travel to another campus to complete a course
