The Smith School MBA Residency provides a unique introduction to all Smith has to offer and welcomes students to the Smith School community. At the mandatory, on-campus experience, students will begin coursework, participate in insightful orientation activities, get to know faculty and staff at the University of Maryland, College Park and take part in cohort engagement sessions.
The MBA Residency is tentatively scheduled for two full weekends in August and is mandatory for all incoming MBA students. Events will be held in Van Munching Hall at the College Park campus and at the Washington, DC campus, unless otherwise indicated. Dates have not been finalized but will be communicated later on.
