INSTRUCTIONS
The Fall 2026 Smith graduation application is a two-part process, due no later than Monday, September 14, 2026. Failure to meet this deadline will require students to apply for graduation in a future semester, and per University policy, register for at least one credit in that semester.
Part 1 - Complete Online Diploma Application:
Visit Testudo, click "Graduation Application & Diploma Status" and submit the Fall 2026 Graduation Application.
Dual degree students,(MBA/MS or MBA/MFin) are only required to submit an MBA application.
Part 2 - Complete Approved Program Form:
Go to Approved Program Form, complete the information and submit it.
Students do not need to complete the degree audit from uAchieve. This is NOT required--the degree audit will be prepared by MPO advisors.
