  • Evening and Weekend MBA students are eligible to take elective courses at any of the off-site campuses: Baltimore, Shady Grove or Washington, DC

  • Fall 2017 Admits: 24 vs 28 month program completion planning guide found here. Students planning to graduate in 24 months should plan to take a Summer II elective course.

  • Prior to registration, review available Summer 2018 courses and check for prerequisites and credit restrictions
  • Summer I electives are restricted to students with greater than or equal to 20 credits. Students with less than 20 credits who wish to take an elective in Summer I should contact their campus advisor to discuss their schedule.
  • Please note that students may register for only one online course, either BUMO758P: Corporate Venturing or BUSI761: The Environment of International Business. If students register for both BUMO758P and BUSI761, both courses will be dropped from their schedule. Course enrollments will be reviewed in late March, and the Masters Programs Office will notify students if it is feasible for them to register for a second online course.

Registration Notes

Off-Track Students (Students who missed core classes)

Students requesting core classes for the upcoming semester should submit their request by completing the Off-Track Request form on Networth. A review of course requests will take place in March and students will be notified after Spring Break.

Registering for More than 6 Credits

Students that wish to register for more than 6 credits in the Summer should contact their campus advisor for approval.

For additional registration questions, visit the Registration FAQ.

Waitlist

If a course is full, students must be on the waitlist for future consideration should seats become available. Starting the first day of classes for the University, students on a waitlist for a course must execute daily waitlist check-ins online to remain on the waitlist (Testudo Waitlist Check-In (link is external)). If you do not execute daily waitlist check-ins after this date, you will be automatically dropped from the waitlist. Placement on the waitlist does not guarantee admittance to the course.
