The course both goes into more depth about topics introduced in Corporate Finance I and introduces new finance topics, such as options and efficient markets. The topics include discounted cash flow and multiples valuation, capital structure, cost of capital, fixed income securities, efficient markets, and valuing options. The objectives are to provide more practice in financial techniques and broaden the knowledge of finance.
