The Dingman Center Angels Associates program is an ideal program for students interested in a career in venture capital, as in entrepreneur or with a startup. As a Dingman Center Angel Associate, you will gain professional experience commensurate with that of an Analyst at a seed-stage venture capital firm. Students participating in the Dingman Center Angel Associates (BUSM758A) course earn four credits: 2-credits in both Fall and Spring semesters of their second year. You will be trained by the Dingman Center team and members of the Dingman Center Angels Investment Network. The course will expose you to real-life activities covering the entire seed stage deal process from recruiting, screening and conducting due diligence to negotiation and investment. Through this course you will also gain access to the extensive Dingman Center network and the innovators in the region. You will be required to register for two full semesters.
