Environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors are increasingly affecting the potential success of global business and investing, and these trends are expected to continue if not intensify.  This course will examine the latest corporate and investment approaches to sustainability strategy, including student development of their own possible corporate and investment strategies, responses and outcomes.   This course will also trace the history of socially responsible investing and corporate sustainability strategy, following the ongoing evolution from negative to more positive frameworks and methods that are value enhancing, as well as consideration of contemporary trends such as impact investing.
