The economic success of many firms depends on their ability to accurately identify needs of their customers and efficiently innovate i.e., develop newproducts, new services, or new processes -- in order to meet those needs. Achieving this goal is a multi-disciplinary initiative. In this course, we focus on key analytics driven decisions faced by managers when approaching thisimportant task of innovation from the customer centric perspective of a marketer.
