This course employs a blended learning model that incorporates instruction delivered in both the classroom and online. Students will understand how Lean Methods and Six Sigma are integrated into a single process improvement initiative to achieve higher quality and greater process speed.
Successful completion of this course will provide students with the knowledge capabilities to apply a variety of lean and six sigma tools to achieve operational excellence within organizations.
