Housing arrangements have been listed as the biggest challenge before the start of school. Please keep in mind that the University of Maryland, College Park student body consists of about 34,000 undergraduate and graduate students, all of whom require housing.

Finding Roommates
The university does not take responsibility for matching you with roommates. However, there are tools available to assist you. Students are encouraged to join their program's Facebook page to get to know their classmates, and can utilize the group to find roommates.
