Registration will take place in mid-June. First year students have a pre-determined set of courses to take in the first semester. These core courses will build the foundation for the remainder of the curriculum.
Books
Students typically order books and coursepacks during the first week in August. Once you are registered for your courses, a Canvas site will be available for you to view. This site will list any required textbooks on the syllabus. Students can also locate their books at the University Book Center (UBC) in Stamp Student Union. The UBC also allows you to pre-order your books based on your course schedule. More information about purchasing textbooks will be available during the registration period.
English Skills for Business Professionals Program
The English Skills for Business Professionals is a 2-week program offered to incoming Smith School students for whom English is not their first language. This program focuses on oral communication skills to improve students’ overall English skills and enhance student career prospects. For additional information, visit http://ter.ps/eng15.
