This two-credit course will take place on Saturday and Sunday, January 11 and 12, 2025 at Van Munching Hall at the College Park campus.
- Last Day to Register for BUSO700 SO91: Monday, January 6 by 11:59 p.m. ET
- Students will receive arrival details and other important information in mid-December 2024 to early January 2025.
- Students can expect to be in-person from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. ET each day during this weekend. A final schedule will be posted in the BUSO700 course ELMS-Canvas site in early January 2025.
- Students must attend both days in order to receive credit for BUSO700. BUSO700 is a part of the MBA curriculum.
- Dress code: Business casual attire (may include slacks, skirts or pants and dress shirts, blouse or sweater set)
It is recommended that any travel related purchases required to attend BUSO700 be refundable should inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances prevent an in-person Opening Residency event January 11 - 12, 2025. The weather in the DMV area is difficult to predict but the Masters Programs Office team will monitor all weather forecasts as closely as possible. All notices regarding BUSO700 will be sent to all students via their UMD email address. Every effort will be made to revert to a virtual event due to inclement weather by EOD Monday, January 6.
