Registration Instructions

Students must register for their Fall 2024 classes using their track code within one week of receiving registration instructions from the Masters Programs Office via email.

HOW TO REGISTER

Your Directory ID and password must be set BEFORE you can register; see Directions for Setting Up Directory ID and Password.

Step 1: Login to Testudo

Go to: http://www.testudo.umd.edu/
Click on: Registration (Drop/Add)
Enter your Directory ID and Password
Select: Fall 2024

Step 2: Add Core Courses Track

Testudo will not allow you to register for core courses individually. All Full-Time MBA students are assigned to the same track of core courses for the fall semester. Enter the following information in the "Registration (Drop/Add)" screen of Testudo as shown below to register for the track of courses.

Step 3: Click Submit Changes to Complete Registration.

• A message may appear stating the course is non-standard; click Enter to bypass this message.
  • Note: 
    • All graduate-level courses at the Smith School of Business are non-standard.
    • An error may appear that states there is a schedule conflict. Testudo does not recognize classes in terms.

Step 4: Click View Schedule to Confirm Courses

CORE COURSE SCHEDULE FOR FALL 2024

Below are the courses that are included in the Fall 2024 track. Courses are completed in 7-week sessions referred to as "terms". Term A meets August through October, and Term B meets October through December; for specific dates including the final exam period, review the Academic Calendar.
