Walk-In Advising
Walk-in advising is limited to brief, 10-15 minute sessions with an advisor "on call" for quick questions about issues with impending deadlines. Days/hours are listed at the bottom of students' weekly email from their advisor.
Advising by Appointment
Students are encouraged to make an appointment with an advisor to discuss academic goals and questions or get specialized advising on specific topics. Contact the Masters Programs Office at (301) 405-9565 or figrmay@umd.edu to see when an advisor is available for your program
