The Washington DC campus is located in the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center at 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW. It is located on the concourse level. If you have not been to this building, we highly recommend that you visit prior to the first day of class in order to locate your classrooms. The Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center is conveniently located at the Federal Triangle Metro Station serviced by the Blue, Orange, and Silver lines. Parking is also available in the building's subterranean parking garage. Guests and attendees should allow themselves extra time as the lots are secure and all guests are screened upon entry.

Parking

Parking is available in the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center's subterranean parking garage. Guests and attendees should allow themselves extra time as the lots are secure and all guests are screened upon entry. Currently, parking rates are as follows:

Before 5:00pm: 
$12.00 – One hour or less
$20.00 – One to two hours
$22.00 – Two to four hours
$25.00 – Four to 15 hours
$35.00 – 15 to 24 hours
$35.00 – Daily


 

After 5:00pm & Weekends: 
$17.00 – Weekday evenings (enter after 5:00pm and exit by 3:00am)
$17.00 – Weekend and holiday (enter after 3:00am)

Masters Programs Office Suite & Classroom Space at the Ronald Reagan Building

All Smith MBA courses are held in classrooms 1-5 on the Concourse level, down the hall from the food court and across from the metro entrance to the building. This facility is LEED Platinum certified and offers laboratory space in addition to lecture halls and active learning classrooms. Classroom 6 is located diagonally from the Main Smith School Suite, down the hall from the food court. The suite includes office space for the program manager and a large open space suitable for studying, presentations, and group meetings. Students will find complimentary coffee, tea and water service in the suite. The suite has a microwave, refrigerator, and disposable utensils for student use.

There is a computer area with 6 terminals (4 PC and 2 Bloomberg) located in the main Concourse suite along with 2 wireless WEPA printers. The Office of Smith IT provides more information about technology at the DC Campus.


Suite Hours for Current Students (C6 suite is locked 24/7):

  • Monday - Thursday: 12:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. or by appointment with advisor or career consultant 
  • Friday: Closed (or when classes are in session)
  • Saturday: Closed (or when classes are in session)
  • Sunday: Closed

Student Lounge

The student lounge and kitchen is located to the right of classroom 1, directly back from the computer lab, and contains a full-sized refrigerator, two microwaves, and two Keurig machines for your convenience.

Case Rooms

Case rooms are available for students to discuss coursework in a collaborative environment. Please keep in mind the case rooms can only be used when classes are in session on Mondays through Thursdays from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Dining Options

A food court is located on the Concourse level, however, most restaurants in the food court begin closing at 4:00 p.m. on weeknights. Some of the restaurants are open at 8:00am on Saturdays and all are open beginning at 11:00 a.m. on Saturdays. These hours may vary during the tourist off-season.
