Items that are due this week: Hold 1:1 phone call with Coach View resume video Create your Smith Resume Order Nametag Submit Immunization Paperwork Additional items to be aware of this week are: Pay Tuition Bill, if registered by July 25th (Please reach out to Samantha Hanssen at shanssen@rhsmith.umd.edu if you have questions or concerns regarding your bill) MBAA Smoogle Calendar You will receive a notification within the next week to add the "MBAA 2017-2018" calendar to your Smoogle account from the MBAA Executive VP, Staci Bank. As mentioned by MBAA President, Erin Moore, in the 7/19 Weekly Email, this calendar contains programming for the Fall 2017 semester. Please note the Spring 2018 events are not yet up to date. We invite you to explore the calendar and keep it on hand once school begins as it will list events from MBAA & the clubs, the Masters Programs Office, and the Office of Career Services. Eppley Recreation Center - http://crs.umd.edu/ All students are members of Eppley Recreation Center (ERC) during the semesters in which they are registered. Students have access to the ERC, along with Cole Field House, Ritchie Coliseum, Reckord Armory, or the School of Public Health Building (SPH). The ERC features two multi-use gymnasiums, a two-level weight room, a 3,500 square foot fitness center, an indoor track, squash and racquetball courts, and a natatorium among many other features.
Stamp Student Union - http://thestamp.umd.edu/ Stamp is the University of Maryland’s center for campus life and is about a 10 minute walk from Van Munching Hall. Stamp features a food court, the university book store, and TerpZone with bowling and games.
University Health Center - http://health.umd.edu/ The University Health Center (UHC) is staffed by physicians, physician assistants, and registered nurse practitioners. Services to all registered students, include: urgent care, a walk-in clinic, x-ray and laboratory services, a pharmacy, an allergy clinic, physical therapy, women’s health services, orthopedics, immunizations, massage therapy and acupuncture.
University Mental Health Services - http://www.health.umd.edu/m The University Mental Health Services provides mental health services, such as counseling and substance abuse programs. Services to all registered students, include: short term individual therapy, group therapy, medication evaluations and medication management, mental health emergencies and suicide prevention programs.
University Counseling Center Services - http://www.counseling.umd.ed The University Counseling Center Services provides psychological and consultation services. The Counseling Center supports the personal, social and academic success of all University of Maryland students. They provide learning assistance programs, group therapy sessions, walk - in support, mindfulness training and disability support services. The disability support services works to ensure equal access to services, programs and activities.

Canvas - http://www.elms.umd.edu/ The University’s learning management system, commonly used by your professors to post course syllabi, assignments, participate in class discussions and view instructor feedback.
Testudo - www.testudo.umd.edu An online resource offering course registration, course availability, transcript requests, and more. If you’ve moved, you can also change your address here.
Software Downloads - www.terpware.umd.edu UMD contracts make popular software available to students at no additional charge: Microsoft Office, Windows upgrades, Adobe creative programs, anti-virus software, and more. Computer Purchases - www.act.umd.edu The University of Maryland's Academic Computers for Terps (ACT) program allows registered students, faculty, and staff of the University of Maryland, College Park to purchase Apple or Dell computers at or below standard discounts, as well as receive substantial added benefits in technical support and warranty protection.
TerpConnect - http://terpconnect.umd.edu/ Save files where they will be backed up daily or use your 5GB of space to host web pages.
UMD Box Service - www.it.umd.edu/box Box is a cloud-based storage and collaboration system that provides a Web interface for uploading, downloading, sharing, and discussing files.
