Introduction to Power BI Workshop

The Smith Masters Marketing Analytics Association (SMMAA), SMSA and MPO have partnered to offer an online Introduction to Power BI Workshop instructed by Prashant Kumar.

Expected Learning Outcomes:

• Understand Power BI Desktop.
• Understand how to extract data from various sources and establish connections with Power BI Desktop.
• Understand the role of Query Editor.
• Prepare data visualizations using Power BI utilizing best practices.

Prerequisite & Preparation:

• This class is offered online, and requires a computer and a strong internet connection.
• Participants should install Power BI prior to attending the session.
