The MPO and the Smith Master Student Association (SMSA) have partnered to offer an Introduction to Python Workshop led by Ravi Pandey. This workshop is only open to current Smith School students, and seats are limited.
Are you interested in learning tips and tricks of practical data science, but not sure where to start? This Introduction to Python workshop is for you!
In this three-hour online workshop, you will learn the fundamentals of Python from installing the tools to loading, cleaning and saving your data back. You will gain all the necessary skills to start
programming and use Python to excel in your classes and career.

Prerequisite & Preparation
This class is taken completely online, and requires a computer and a strong internet connection.
We will provide a zoom link before the start of the workshop
Windows user will need Microsoft Windows 8/10. MAC users will need Mac OS 10+
We will go through the installation guide in the workshop.
