Description / Notes

The workshop "Be in the Moment," is scheduled for Monday, December 7th at 5:30pm for students in the MBA program. This workshop will introduce the concept of mindfulness, ways to define it, and the benefits of practicing it. Participants will practice various guided meditative and somatic exercises in order to experience the benefits of practice.

In this workshop, you will learn stress management techniques that will teach you to:

  • Breathe
  • Notice the types of thoughts that occupy your mind
  • Focus your attention on what is happening now
  • Relieve stress in exiting the busy mind
