Mitch Schwartz serves as Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition for Micro Focus. In this role, Mitch is responsible for developing and leading the planning, design, implementation, communication, and delivery of the company’s recruitment strategy across the organization. Prior to this role, Mitch has served in numerous executive leadership positions in human resources and talent acquisition with Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, Comcast, Commerce Bank and Bank of America.
Mitch received his MBA ‘94 and BS from the University of Maryland in College Park, Maryland.
