Active Listening: Using Clarifying Questions for Maximum Understanding

This session will focus on understanding spoken English. How much do you think you know when you hear someone speaking? What do you do when you don’t understand part or all of what they say? During this session, we’ll practice how to listen carefully for important information, and practice our ability to ask appropriate follow-up questions when listening to talks or having conversations.
