Rick Sullivan, CFO of RoosterBio, Inc.

Rick Sullivan has more than a dozen years of financial management experience and is an accomplished executive with extensive financial, strategic and operational experience in life science companies ranging from global public corporations to private start-ups. Rick is the Chief Financial Officer for RoosterBio where he oversees all aspects of finance and accounting. Rick spent the prior over 6 years at Senseonics as the Treasurer and head of Strategy and Financial Planning and prior to that the Corporate Controller where he helped to raise approximately $400 million in equity and debt capital, including the companies IPO. He oversaw all the treasury-related functions including financings, cash management and was also responsible for forecasting, modeling and optimizing Senseonics budget.  As the Corporate Controller he was responsible for financial accounting and taxation functions including annual and quarterly reporting, annual audits and the system of internal controls. Prior to Senseonics, Rick worked as an executive financial consultant advising clients in stages of high growth on how to scale their finance functions in preparation for private and public debt and equity offerings Rick holds a Master of Business Administration from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Purdue School of Business at Salisbury University. Rick holds the Certified Public Accountant accreditation active in the state of Maryland.
