Francis graduated from University of Maryland in 2014 with degree in Mechanical Engineering & Economics. Shortly after graduation he founded Diamondback Brewing Co. with a fellow Terp.Francis brought his Project Management experience from Whiting-Turner and managed the construction & system design of the brewery. With the taproom up and running, Francis handles administration & taproom management, utilizing analytical skills to search for the highest margin opportunities.
