College Park: Smith Service & Support Center Hours for Spring 2021

The Smith Service & Support Center (IT User Support Services/Help Desk and Smith Operations) in 1306 Van Munching Hall will have the following hours of operation for the Spring 2021 semester:

Monday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Tuesday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Smith IT Onsite)

Wednesday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Smith IT Onsite)

Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Smith IT Onsite)

Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Obtaining University ID Card Swipe Access with Smith Operations

Students who still need to have their University ID card programmed for swipe access into the MBA Case Rooms or Specialty Masters study spaces should make an appointment with Smith Operations staff. To make an appointment, send an email to smith_operations@rhsmith.umd.edu with the subject line "MBA/MS Card Swipe Access" and request an appointment; please include your UID number in the email.

In the subject line put "Indicate service/request needed, name of the customer and/or location"; and
Include in the body of the email all pertinent information associated with the request.
