Orientation is quickly approaching and this week we have final Orientation reminders! In addition, we have final reminders regarding upcoming deadlines. To access the Pre-Program Checklist and to find answers to questions you might have, we encourage you to visit the Incoming Student Website.

 

Weekly Checklist Task Reminders:

This week’s mandatory task items are:

Order Smith Nametag, if you have not done so already

Complete Pre-Skills Requirements (due August 7^th)

Review & Attend Orientation Events (see below for more information)

Thursday, August 4^th:

Domestic Students:
8:00am-10:00am: Graduate Assistantship Workshop (for students awarded a Smith School Graduate Assistantship at admission) – click here for more information

International Students:
9:00am-5:00pm: Smith International MBA Orientation, required for all incoming international students – click here for more information

All Students:
Networking Social – Join your fellow MBA classmates for an informal happy hour in the Van Munching Hall Courtyard at the conclusion of the day’s events. Food & drinks will be provided.

Orientation Parking:

As outlined in last week’s email, if you purchased a campus parking permit by Tuesday, August 2^nd DOTS will update your parking permit so that it is valid as of this Thursday, August 4^th. For driving directions to Van Munching Hall, please review the information here.
